I had very bad experienced today in Killen Lowes store .I bought a package of toilet paper and used a $5 coupon.There had a promotion price on the package that showed $7.48.I did not read the small title, just the price.I just knew it costs $7.48 then checked out.When I found out the price was incorrect, I brought it back to customer service to refund it, and asked to get the $5 coupon back.The young girl told me "that is not the price of this toilet paper". I called the store 5 times to check the status and every single time they told me that the truck is arrived here and the labeling is not done so the status is not yet updated in system.They give delivery dates they cannot meet, use shipping companies that don't even provide accurate tracking information and Lowe's customer service is as clueless as a doornail.Very very frustrating. No customer service. No compensation offered, just nasty attitude. Giving good customer service is not a priority at this Lowe's.
